- You must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To initiate the request, please raise a ticket through our website or contact us via email/WhatsApp.
- A complete unedited parcel opening video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
- Kindly provide complete order details, including order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images/videos of the product.
- You must raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- Size-based exchanges are allowed. However, the shipping cost for size exchange will be borne by the customer.
- No exchanges will be permitted based on change in design or style preference.
- Exchanges will not be entertained after 24 hours of product delivery.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- In case of refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
